Zionist Enemy Continues to Besiege Nablus Entries, Settlers Assault Palestinians in Khalil, Al Quds
Local Editor
The occupying Zionist troops continue with their severe restrictions imposed on the Hawara and Zaatara checkpoints southern Nablus, set hours after a settler's death and the injury of five others near Youssef's (Joseph) Tomb.
In this context, Al Intiqad online newspaper correspondent reported, according to eyewitnesses, that tens of settlers hurried since early Monday morning to assemble near Yitzhar Zionist settlement, therefore leading the Palestinian civilians to switch their road towards Gorta village to avoid any attacks by the settlers.
In Qalqiliya, the Zionist troops detained Monday dawn two children, Mohammad Khater and Ahmad Khatib, both of which are under the age of 16, after breaking in Giyus village. Furthermore, settlers in the city of Al Khalil (Hebron) attacked Palestinian civilian Abdul Karim Masoudi and his mother with gas, leading to their fainting.
Palestinian medical sources confirmed that Sunday night, five Palestinian children suffocated due to pepper gas sprayed at them by extremist settlers.
