Supreme Leader Says Regional Uprisings Confirm Quran Promises

His Eminence the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamanei stated that the recent uprisings in the Middle East confirm the holy Quran's promises.
IRNA news agency reported Sayyed Ali Khamenei presenting his remarks in front of a group of participants in the 28th international Holy Quran Competition in the capital Tehran on Tuesday.
"The uprisings of the nations in the region are clear signs of the definite fulfillment of God's Quranic promises", Sayyed Khamenei affirmed.
Furthermore, H.E. clarified that the US, "Israel", and their allies didn't even have in mind the possibility of an Egyptian revolution, yet the Egyptians were victorious with the help of God.
In reference to the Islamic awakening witnessed in the regional uprisings in the Middle East and North Africa, the Iranian Islamic Revolution Leader reaffirmed that the Quran "is the most important factor of unity, dignity and authority of Muslim nations".
