Asserting the information about Western -particularly UK and US -interference in
the Syrian crisis, the British newspaper "Daily Star Sunday" revealed on Sunday that the United Kingdom "is gearing up for fighting in Syria that could be bigger and bloodier than the battle against Gaddafi.

Uncovering that the British War Ministry is drawing up secret plans for a NATO-sponsored no-fly zone, the daily noted to the fact the London hasn't yet succeeded in gaining United Nations Security Council support for the move.

"Agents from MI6 and the CIA are already in Syria assessing the situation," a security official has stressed to the paper clarifying that "special forces are also talking to Syrian dissident soldiers."

"MI6 and the CIA are in Syria to infiltrate and get at the truth," said the well-placed source.

Claiming that the intelligence agents want to know about weapons and communications kit rebel forces will need if the UK decides to help, the "Daily Star Sunday" quoted the source as saying: "We have SAS and SBS not far away who want to know what is happening and are finding out what kit dissident soldiers need.

Reflecting the real face of the conspiracy against Syria that aim at targeting the resistance and the axis of defiance the source stresses "Syria supports Hizbullah. That threatens "Israel" and the whole of the Middle East."

"This has been given the highest priority as the whole thing could implode," he added.

The daily's report also uncovered that "the NATO-backed flight ban over Syria has been discussed by the British Cabinet's National Security Council."

The security source revealed military planners "are considering the use of Tornado GR4 attack fighters and other aircraft."

Admitting the difficulty of any military intervention, the paper said "NATO forces took eight months to oust Gaddafi with his army of mercenaries, But ...Syrian forces are far better trained and armed."

"The Foreign and Commonwealth office has warned British Prime Minister David Cameron that a UN Security Council sanctions would be required before any action," it added.
