In the international theater of political concern, Syria seems the main character.

However, in the heritage of plays, the conspiracy is uncovered and people are in the final chapters aware of their misconceptions.

Today, as the Syrian regime moves towards military decisiveness, international diplomatic wheels head towards Damascus, aiming at reshaping the relations and finding an exit to the crisis.

This comes as the US-moderate Arab conspiracy suffers successive defeats.

In Lebanon, Hizbullah's Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's speech seemed to launch heat to the frozen political Lebanese scene. Leaders met and locked doors were opened after Sayyed Nasrallah urged that the government‘s existence forms a guarantee for Lebanon's security and stability.

Aoun Meets Berri, Discusses Solutions

Lebanese House Speaker Nabih Berri held Friday talks with "Change and Reform" Bloc Leader MP Michel Aoun in Ain al-Tine where the two leaders met to discuss the latest developments.
The two-hours meeting formed a major indication that the governmental Lebanese crisis is moving towards solutions.

Well-informed sources expressed to "as-Safir" Lebanese daily its satisfaction with the results of the meeting between the two men.
"Berri and Aoun drew a comprehensive roadmap for the supposed course of their relation until the next parliamentary elections," sources told the paper adding that "this means that they practically went out from the alleys of transportation allowance decree to a new transitional stage in the relationship between two cornerstones of the majority."

Commenting on the issue, Berri described the meeting with Aoun as "good and positive" noting that on the personal level "he is comfortable."
In remarks to "as-Safir", House Speaker unveiled that "he did not raise a specific initiative to address the governmental crisis."

He further added that "his relation with Aoun is excellent," clarifying that the reason behind their few meetings is related to security measures that limit both men's move."

Berri said during the meeting that "it is not permissible to have a feud or rivalry between Prime Minister Najib Mikati and Aoun, as well as with the rest of the components of the government."

Advising Labor Minister Charbel Nahhas to sign the transportation allowance degree away from what the parliamentary session is to witness next Wednesday, Berri considered that "not signing the decree would open the door for repeating such a scenario at any time in any government."
"This hits the concept of Council of Ministers institution," he asserted to "as-Safir".
For its part, "al-Akhbar" revealed that "the meeting discussed more than bilateral issues, as proven by the fact that Speaker Berri called PM Najib Mikati after the meeting and briefed him on his talks with General Aoun."

Transportation Decree Waits Parliamentary Session

In turn, "an-Nahar" newspaper reported Saturday that Berri and Aoun also tackled the "ongoing preparations for next Wednesday's parliamentary session in addition to the Syrian situation."

Moreover, sources confirmed to "al-Joumhouria" daily that "the work was underway on the legal texts' mating between the transportation allowance proposal submitted by MP Nabil de Freij, and the bill proposed by MP Ibrahim Kanaan."
Commenting on the proposals, "an-Nahar" reported that "PM's sources rejected such a proposal to merge the two proposals, especially that the bloc's proposal is not listed primarily on the agenda of the legislative session."

"Any law proposal in Parliament must be separate from the issue of the Minister of Labor's signature to the decree of transportation allowance," Mikati's sources affirmed noting that "the adoption of the proposal should be preceded by Nahhas' signature."

Similarly, "al-Joumhouria" paper informed that Lebanese President Michel Suleiman sources stressed that "he is to replace the cabinet's bags between Tourism Minister Fadi Aboud and Labor minister Charbel Nahhas if the latter continued refusing to sign transportation allowance decree."

In response, Nahhas said that he is "determined not to sign the illegal transportation allowance decree.
Noting that there "should be an internal system that would guide the work of the executive authority," the labor minister told "al-Joumhouria" that "he is working on a new law to settle the matter."

The minister voiced his surprise over how "the Labors' Union's leadership would stand against the actual interests of the workers."

Jumblatt Welcomes Nasrallah's Speech

In another context, "National Struggle Front Leader" MP Walid Jumblatt welcomed Sayyed Nasrallah's call for unconditioned dialogue denouncing some of BIEL's speeches.

In an interview with "as-Safir", Jumblatt hoped that Sayyed Nasrallah would have directly addressed Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and told him that Syria is more important than anything else."

He also defended his call for a new Taif agreement, saying unlike what his critics said, he was neither backing a new social-political contract to replace the deal nor altering the balance between Christians and Muslims.

Expressing reservations about the content of some speeches at the BIEL Festival, in the anniversary of former PM Rafik Hariri, Jumbaltt said that "the talk about the state and transit to the state is beautiful, but this is not achieved through slogans or words of provocation or across platforms."
"It is better to have direct and face-to-face communication," he added.

Jumblatt wished that "these mustn't forget the defense plan to protect Lebanon and its necessity, the importance of arms especially to defend Lebanon against "Israel" and that the "Israeli" violations continue."
Calling "March 14" to remember that there is a Lebanese land that is still occupied, Shebaa Farms and Kfar Shuba hills," Jumblatt scored reservation to "the way in which "the Syrian National Council" was evoked to the BIEL Festival."

3 "Israeli" Spies to Death

At the security level, the Lebanese Permanent Military Tribunal headed by Brig. Gen. Nizar Khalil sentenced Friday to death Haitham al-Sahmarani, a retired Internal Security Forces first sergeant, on charges of collaboration with the Zionist Entity.

Upon his arrest in 2009 Sahmarani confessed to collaborating, along with his wife, with the Mossad.
With the help of his sister who had fled to "Israel" in 2000, Sahmarani began his relation with the "Israelis" in 2004.
The sister, Sahera al-Sahmarani, and her husband Mohammed Amin Khazaal were sentenced to death in absentia on Friday.

At another level PM Mikati urged Northern figures to avoid sedition and clashes.
During a meeting with Bab al-Tabane figures, Mikati emphasized "the need to bury the strife between brothers, between the sons of the same region, and to leave the security matters to the Lebanese army."

Hailing the "LA's sacrifices in protecting the innocent people in that region," Mikati stressed that "the Lebanese army is a national army that works on protecting the stability of all Lebanon."
