Iran to take Pre-emptive Action if Threatened, Continues Drills
The Deputy Head of the Islamic Republic's Armed Forces General Mohammad Hejazi announced that "Tehran would take pre-emptive action against its enemies if it felt its national interests were endangered."
"Our strategy now is that if we feel our enemies want to endanger Iran's national interests, and want to decide to do that, we will act without waiting for their actions," he stressed.

The statement comes two days after the UK and United States both warned "Israel" against making any pre-emptive attack on Iran.
In an editorial titled "An American Warning", the "Israeli" "Haaretz" newspaper said that fear of Iran was pushing the government into a dangerous corner."
""Israel" must listen to the warnings coming out of Washington and refrain, for now, from unilateral measures," the editorial said.
In parallel, Iranian Ministry spokesman, Ramin Mehmanparast said that "the investigators from the International Atomic Energy Agency, who arrived in Tehran on Monday, had no plans to visit the nuclear sites."
Meanwhile, Iran continues its military code-named "God's Vengeance" - to protect its top-secret nuclear facilities.
The four days of exercises will include missiles, warplanes and anti-aircraft artillery across a vast stretch of more than 70,000 square miles of southern Iran "for total coverage of the country's sensitive facilities, especially nuclear sites," Tehran's military announced.
