Russia Vows to Avert Attack on Iran
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin once again warned of the terrible consequences of a military conflict with the Islamic Republic of Iran, affirming that his country will do its "maximum" to avert a war on Iran.

"We will do everything possible to prevent a military conflict either in Iran or around it", the Russian PM told chief editors of many leading international newspapers, RIA Novosti reported on Friday.
Also, Putin asserted that a war in Russia's neighboring country Iran will have very "negative, direct consequences" for Russia. "I think no one is interested in the situation getting out of control", the Russian official affirmed.
This comes in light of "re-escalated" "Israeli" war rhetoric against Iran, where "Israel" threatened to strike Iran if the US-led sanctions failed to force Iran to abandon its peaceful nuclear project.
On this level, Putin has stressed on Iran's right to access peaceful nuclear energy, indicating that Tehran should procees with its nuclear project as long as it is under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
