The "Israeli" occupation forces have been recently exerting a lot of pressure into the propaganda campaigns, especially new media web pages. On this level, many "Israeli" troops and army officers are seen active on social networks, including facebook, flicker, and YouTube and some also have their own blogs.
“Israel’s” Absurd Propaganda

On their blogs and other social web pages, the "Israeli" soldiers argue and discuss matter with journalists and activists, and usually exploit these doors to support specific political stances.
Recently, an "Israeli" occupation forces spokesperson posted on his blog an entry that sought to "encourage readers to help the army spread the truth about the military escalation in the south" of the occupied territories."
However, posts are apparently "not credible". On this level, in a briefing on the 972mag.com website, independent journalist Noam Sheizaf found that Ofir Gendelman, an "Israeli" Prime Minister's Office spokesperson, tweeted an old picture of a mother and two children seeking cover from an alleged Gaza rocket attack.

The picture was clear to be from 2009, and after being asked by a journalist why to post this picture, although he knew it was an old one, without mentioning any source or date, Gendelman claimed, "I am not a news agency nor am I a reported. The photo is genuine and illustrated the tragic condition in the south".

While the "Israeli" enemy is searching in its archives to find some photos of Palestinian retaliations, regular updated photos could be found about all "Israeli" attacks on Gaza and against Palestinian communities, and therefore the "true condition in the south" would be revealed", Sheizaf implied in his article.
