The official of Arab relations in Hizbullah, Sheikh Hassan Izz al-Din, confirmed that "the series of Arab revolutions in the region emerged initially from internal facts away from foreign influences."

However, he viewed that "interventions later appeared as attempts to penetrate and craft these revolutions from their announced targets."
During a seminar organized by the "Arab and Muslim Assembly to Support the Resistance Option," Izz al-Din noted to the significant variations between one revolution and another.

"The interference in Bahrain is merely of a foreign Gulf nature and it has nothing to do with Iran," Hizbullah official said.
On the Syrian situation, Izz al-Din described the scene as "selective and full of conspiracies."
"They aim at undermining Syria's position, attitude and resistant role," he added without ruling out Hizbullah's conviction with people's right in reforms.

In parallel, Izz al-Din tackled the topic of Egyptian presidency by saying "the Egyptian people took its Arab and Islamic choice."
He further stated that "there is no wonder that the Egyptians made the Islamic forces win the popular election under the supervision of the army that no one can underestimate its role in any stage."

"The nomination of Khairat al- Shater has more than one reading as it swings between seriousness and maneuver, especially since there is a difference on his name among the Muslim Brotherhood themselves," he explained.
