Fneish: Opposition Campaign against the Resistance Meaningless

Fneish pointed out that "some speeches are only a daily repetition," highlighting that "the minority's statements do not serve anyone as they lack objectivity."
The Minister of Administrative Developments Mohammad Fneish stated that "it is important to have parliamentary sessions that discuss the government's performance."
In an interview with "al-Intiqad" website, Fneish reiterated that "such sessions are part of the democratic process and that are supposed to aim at correcting the government's work and to make suggestions for a better performance."
"Unfortunately, some of the deputies' statements lie under the malicious political tone," the minister added, pointing out that "some MPs are trying to show that all the government's performances are negative."
He further viewed that "they attempt to show that all the country's problems are because of this government and not the previous ones."
Concerning the campaign on the resistance's arms and the coming parliamentary elections, Fneish considered that "the opposition's verbal attack is meaningless in this context."
"They aim at agitating partisanship without notice to Lebanon's interests," he said, concluding that "this speech will result in nothing."
