Sheikh Qassem Responds to Hariri: We Are Waiting his Approval on Proportionality Electoral Law

Commenting on former Prime Minister Saad Hariri's response to Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's speech during the "Most Beautiful Promise (WAAD)" ceremony, Deputy Hizbullah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem stated the following:
If Hariri's only response to Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's speech was regarding the ballot polls, then this means he is highly confident he will win the voters' ballots.
The best electoral law expressing true representation; where each candidate receives his share of the people, and does not confiscate the shares and rights of others, is the proportionality-based electoral law.
We are waiting for his [Hariri] acceptance of the just proportionality electoral law, which would allow Lebanon to be one electoral circle; therefore ballots would be more accurate.
The people thus would know Hariri's followers and those supporting his policies, and the followers of others. This is how there would be fair elections, a positive challenge, honorable competition, and a glorious victory.
On Saturday, former PM Hariri said that the ballot boxes of next year's parliamentary elections will be the only response to Hizbullah Secretary General's latest speech, in which His Eminence stressed that the Future Movement is triggering sectarian incitement before the polls.
"Ballot boxes are the only response," Hariri posted via his Twitter account.
