Sayyed Safiedine: Instigation of Certain Parties Serves US Regional Division Scheme

Head of Hizbullah Executive Board His Eminence Sayyed Hashem Safiedine stressed that "resistance is the most appropriate choice to preserve the strength and independence of Lebanon in face of any "Israeli" aggression."
In a memorial service held in the southern village Kafra, Hizbullah official added that "resistance is the sole correct choice; it is a clear declaration that Lebanon will not surrender to the "Israeli" entity and its violations, and that it insists on liberating what remains of Lebanese land usurped by "Israel"", by that referring to the Shebaa farms and Kafarshouba hills.
Furthermore, Sayyed Safiedine, asserting the persistence of the Resistance in Lebanon, recalled the sacrifices of the Hizbullah fighters, who were not satisfied with the 2000 victory when the "Israeli" enemy was forced to withdraw from Lebanese territories it had occupied for years. They strived and struggled until they achieved the 2006 victory, which was a huge blow in the face of "Israel".
Slamming the sectarian and edgy rhetoric adopted by certain parties inside and outside the country, the Hizbullah official iterated "We need a calm speech that stresses on uniting and preserving Lebanon. We need to protect our country from sinking into discord and conflict sowed against the region through levying strife, sabotage and destruction."
Tackling the constant campaigns against the resistance arms, Sayyed Safiedine called attention to the non-stop claims that these weapons form a major problem in Lebanon. He reminded that such speech is worthless and will change nothing whether in the domestic or regional equation. He also explained that such calls [against the Resistance arms] serve the US scheme in the region; a scheme of disruption in Lebanon.
Commenting on the situation in Tripoli, on the backdrop of the latest events that took place in the northern Lebanese city, Hizbullah Executive Board Chief assured that the unrest in Tripoli is harmful and painful to all Lebanon.
"It is a national and humanitarian calamity that befell all the Lebanese people, the people of Tripoli deserve to live in peace and safety, and that is why the unrest is a major national cause that should be given special attention," he stressed.
Sayyed Safiedine finally warned the Lebanese, particularly the people of Tripoli, of what he described as frail and fruitless attempts of sectarian and political provocation.
