Ammar: Future Militia Attacks Violated Beirut’s Sanctity

Loyalty to Resistance Bloc MP Ali Ammar issued a statement on the recent military attacks that the Future Party carried against the Arab party center headed by Shaker al-Bergawi:
"It's not the first time that the Future party members appear in video scenes carrying arms to impose their will by killing and threatening citizens," Ammar said.
He also recalled "several incident where Future militia militarily appeared amid the Lebanese political scene."
"The sound of the Future militia shells and missiles in Beirut's neighborhoods and elsewhere, came as the party failed to convince others through dialogue and logic of the state," the MP added.
Moreover, Ammar stated that "the militia's attack against the Arab Party center in the heart of the capital Beirut via light and medium weapons forms a violation to Beirut and the whole country's sanctity."
"This is a crime which the law punishes on after what it left from damaged buildings and properties parallel to the dead causalities and wounded people," he confirmed.
The MP pointed out that "these attacks terrorized citizens, robbed security and stability from the capital of resistance, honor and sacrifice."
According to Ammar, "what happened confirms that the Future Movement does not accept the other opinion neither in his district, nor in his sect as well as any other side."
"This Movement uses its arms to enforce its opinion, reject dialogue, and scrutinize in systematically devastating after it lost dominance," he said.
The MP reiterated that "the state with its political and security organs is responsible to protect the politicians and citizens, and not to allow the Future militia to tamper with the security and the stability of the homeland."
"We call to account the perpetrators to deter them and to bring the Future Movement back to its senses," Ammar concluded.
