Head of Hizbullah Juristic Council, His Eminence Sheikh Mohammad Yazbek urged the media to choose their words carefully before broadcasting them, and not to seek any media scoop that might lead to conflict.

Sheikh Yazbek: Resistance Cannot be Razed, Will Remain to Protect Lebanon Also, Sheikh Yazbek confirmed that the country can no longer tolerate more sedition and tampering, noting that the fanaticism nature is becoming broader, and wondered "if it evolved; in what position would the country be?"

"They are trying to ignite the flames in the country and ruin it through blinding fanaticism," His Eminence asserted.
"What interest would there be for those who are keen on the country when the solemnity of the country, army, and institutions collapses, and nothing remains of it? Who would protect the citizens then?" Head of Hizbullah Juristic Council further wondered.
Also, Sheikh Yazbek stated, "Who pays the price of this solemnity's collapse?" and indicated that those responsible seem to be hasty to transfer the Syrian conflict into Lebanon.
"They tried it in the old war, and an expensive price was paid. The first and last loser of the civil war was Lebanon, its people and all sects," Sheikh Yazbek recalled.

His Eminence stated that the decades of sovereignty, independence and immunity the country has been living are not achieved by cutting roads and US-"Israeli" demands to disarm [the resistance].
"[Yet they are achieved] by the resistance which no one can raze as it is implanted by God, and will remain to protect Lebanon, its unity, Palestine, and the whole Islamic and Arab nation," His Eminence concluded.
