EU Foreign Policy Chief to Head to Iran for Nuclear Talks

The EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton is scheduled to head to Tehran to discuss Iran's nuclear program on March 8, as stated by IRNA news agency.
Her visit will include a meeting with President Hassan Rouhani and Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to carry out dialogue to reach a nuclear agreement between the P5+1 and Iran.
Sayyed Abbas Araqchi, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs, said that, "In this round of expert-level talks, we will review the issues related to (uranium) enrichment as well as tackling the concerns about the Arak heavy water reactor."
Ashton had previously described the talks at a press conference as being "productive and a good start."
The new round of talks over Iran's nuclear program began in Vienna on March 5.
