Iranian President Sheikh Hassan Rouhani said in Shanghai on Thursday that the nuclear negotiation between Iran and 5+1 world powers has reached an important juncture.

Rouhani :Iran Nuclear Deal Very Likely by July Deadline"We are very likely to come to an agreement by the end of July," Rouhani said.
This comments opposed the fruitless results of the fourth round of negotiations in Vienna last week.

Pointing on the negotiation, Rouhani stated "We cannot expect it to be resolved in just a couple of meetings, but we are not pessimistic about the final agreement. We still have time. We can achieve this. We can even do it by the deadline."

The six powers [United States, Russia, China, France, Britain and Germany] want Iran to scale back its uranium enrichment and peaceful nuclear activity, but Tehran denies this request stating that its nuclear program is for power generation and medical purposes only.
Rouhani notified that countries that want to create problems" should not be given a chance to "sabotage" the talks.

"If we don't achieve success it means that the other side is very stubborn because my government is ready to be logical, is ready to interact with the rest of the world and cooperate with the rest of the world," he said. "My policy is based on cooperation, not confrontation."
