Araqchi: Iran-Russia Bilateral Nuclear Talks ’Helpful’
At the end of bilateral talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov in Rome, Araqchi said,
"Consultations on Iran's nuclear program with the Russians have always existed continually, and now at the threshold of the next round of Vienna negotiations they are of greater significance."

He said that during the talks, both sides discussed the issues raised in the previous rounds of nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1 countries- US, Britain, France, Russia, China and Germany.

Representatives from Iran and Germany are scheduled to hold bilateral nuclear talks in the Iranian city of Tehran on June 15.

Iran and the P5+1 countries have been discussing ways to start drafting a final deal that would end the West's dispute with Iran over the country's nuclear energy program.

The discussions come ahead of the next round of nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1 countries, which are scheduled for June 16-20 in Vienna.
