The "Israeli" army carried out a live ammunition maneuver in the occupied Shebaa Farms on Wednesday, the National News Agency [NNA] said.

"The "Israeli" army has been conducting a live ammo drill inside the occupied Shebaa Farms since 5:00 pm," NNA reported in the evening.

"Around 50 shells were fired" during the maneuver, the agency added.

Additionally, the drill was accompanied by overflights by "Israeli" reconnaissance drones over the occupied farms and the nearby villages of the Lebanese Orqoub region, NNA said.

The agency also reported that ""Israeli "forces at the Mount Haramun post opened fire at dawn from heavy machineguns towards the northern and eastern peripheries, the Janaam hills and the nearby valleys."
The shooting lasted for around thirty minutes, the agency said.

"Unmanned surveillance aircraft flew over the occupied Shebaa Farms and Mt. Haramun's western hills" during the maneuver, NNA added.
