Iran Nuclear Talks Extend Past Deadline with New Proposals Expected

Despite the heavy air raids conducted by US-backed Saudi Arabia and the coalition forces, Ansarullah were able to advance more into Aden on Wednesday. Meanwhile, more people are caught in an attempt to illegally cross to Syria to join the extremist groups, this time from Britain. As for the awaited Iranian talks with the p5+1 countries, the question remains on whether an agreement will take place or will there be other options on the table.
At the time the US has been supporting the terrorist groups in Syria along with Turkey, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and other countries, US Deputy Secretary visits Lebanon to discuss with officials means of combatting their threats. Also, in the spot light is the uncovering of a Mossad agent, the wife of a guard at the Lebanese Parliament who provided the "Israelis" with photos to the parliament buildings and institutions that lie close to it. All these and other topics were discussed in Thursday's media outlets.
US, Saudi Arabia Aim to Destroy Yemeni Army--- Al-Akhbar
Western diplomatic sources told al-Akhbar newspaper that the military tension is concentrated in Southern Yemen, explaining that Saudi Arabia, in cooperation with the US and other Arab countries has put plans to achieve results on the ground. The sources assured that the Saudi assault on Yemen is now focused on complete US support to destroy all the infrastructure of the Yemeni army, noting there is a decision to completely destroy the army and replace it with a new one, which is a major goal to both the US and the Saudis.
New Mossad Spy Arrested: Parliament Guard's Wife --- Al-Jomhouriya
A guard at the Lebanese parliament, who has been recently arrested for suspected ties with Israel, was proved to be innocent but investigators found links between his wife and the Mossad, al-Joumhouria newspaper reported on Thursday.
The unidentified guard was apprehended several weeks ago after police raided his house and took two laptops that belong to him and his wife, it noted.
But investigators found out that the unidentified officer was not a suspect and instead discovered that the Mossad had recruited his wife around four years ago and tasked her with photographing buildings and institutions that lie near the parliament in downtown Beirut, al-Joumhouria went on to say.
The suspected spy was recruited through social media networks and payed a small sum of money. She is facing trial. The paper quoted security sources as saying that the Mossad's real intention behind its collaboration with the woman was to reach her husband.
Scores of suspected spies, including a butcher, a mobile phone salesman and a retired general, had been detained in recent years as part of a long-running probe by Lebanese intelligence into Israeli sleeper cells.
US Warships Took Part in Air Assault on Yemen --- As-Safir
US warships took part in an air assault against Yeminis on Monday, As-Safir newspaper quoted a source telling Russia's Sputnik media outlet.
"American ships participated in yesterday's airstrikes on Sanaa, specifically, they launched a cruise missile on a strengthened missile brigade," As-Safir quoted the source on Thursday.
The airstrike began after Saudi warplanes failed to hit weapons depots belonging to Ansarullah revolutionaries of the Houthi movement, the source noted.
Nine Britons Caught Illegally Crossing to Join ISIL--- The Telegraph
Nine Britons have been arrested on the Syrian border as they sought to cross illegally into the war-torn country from Turkey, the Telegraph quoted military sources.
"Nine people of British nationality were arrested on the border trying to enter Syria from Turkey," the army said in a statement on its website, saying the arrests took place in the Hatay region of southern Turkey.
The Britons were arrested near Hatay province on the Turkish side of the Syrian border. It was not clear why the nine people were trying to cross the frontier. The Metropolitan Police counter-terrorism command believes that 600 Britons have travelled to Syria and Iraq.
Their arrests come after Turkish authorities were criticized for not intercepting the three schoolgirls who travelled from Bethnal Green in East London to join the so-called "ISIL".
Stances and Positions:
Yemen...
"We can say that after a week of bombing on Yemen the aggressors have not achieved any result ... The victories in Aden today embarrass this campaign and silenced the aggressor states." Houthi spokesman Mohammad Abdulsalam told the al-Maseera television.
Takfiris...
"Today, we face the takfiri danger, those takfiris misrepresent Islam and their actions are not in harmony with Islam and its teachings. Islam calls for mercy and they have nothing from that, Islam says religion is not by force but they force their religion on people, Islam calls for human rights and justice but they do not practice that the least, and anyways their attitude is clear to all people," Hizbullah Secretary General Deputy said during a Lebanese University activity on Wednesday.
