Resistance Restricted to Special Forces --- AN-NAHAR
A field source told An-Nahar newspaper that the Resistance in Lebanon did not summon its mobilization forces and actually deployed its special forces only in the Qalamoun battles. According to the source, the number of participants does not exceed 2500 unlike leaks that said the number was huge. Sources had leaked that Hizbullah has been suffering a crisis in its human resources, and that it had summoned a tremendous number of secondary school and university students wasting their academic year. Field sources falsified the rumors and assured the number is limited, and includes only special forces.
The Islamic Resistance fighters and the Syrian army troops regained control completely over al-Jibba barrens in Qalamoun, expelling the terrorists from the area. The Resistance fighters and the Syrian army detected and detonated a number of booby-trapped cars that were prepared to target the Lebanese area. The presumed Republican presidential hopeful, Jeb Bush said on Sunday he would have authorized the US invasion on Iraq in 2003, though he acknowledged mistakes made after Saddam Hussein's downfall.

"Israeli", takfiri Threats Similar --- Media Relations
The Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc member, MP Hassan Fadallah said that the Resistance, which has been the umbrella protecting South Lebanon as well as the entire country, stands today on two fire-fronts; the first through which it confronts the "Israeli" enemy through the complementary equation of the army-people-resistance, and the second front is that through which it confronts takfiri threat that is no less threat than "Israel". The two, according to the MP, overlap in many aspects, and pose similar threats to the peoples of the region.
The MP also reiterated that the takfiri extremists, whether in Qalamoun or inside the Lebanese territory constitute an existential threat to Lebanon, its institutions and state.
