Zionist Police Clash with Ethiopian Demonstrators
Local Editor
Clashes had broken out between "Israeli" forces and Ethiopian protesters who were once again out on the streets in Tel Aviv to denounce police brutality as well as the Tel Aviv regime's racist policies.
Zionist police forces fired stun grenades to disperse hundreds of Ethiopians holding an anti-racism protest rally in downtown Tel Aviv.
Further, at least ten protesters were also arrested during the scuffles on Wednesday.
The new rally came two weeks after an "Israeli" police officer was filmed beating an Ethiopian, a move which caused public outcry in the Ethiopian community living in the "Israeli"-occupied Palestinian territories.
During the Wednesday rally, the demonstrators demanded that the Israeli police agent, who is seen beating the Ethiopian in the video, be brought to justice.
The protesters carried posters and shouted slogans in favor of "social justice" and against "racist police," calling on regime officials to incarcerate the policeman before he stands trial.
Ethiopians in the Zionist entity had staged numerous demonstrations against police brutality and the institutionalized racism practiced by "Israeli" police.
Nearly 135,000 Ethiopians live in the occupied Palestinian lands. They have long complained about unfair treatment and violence by Zionist police.
