More Victories for Hizbullah, Syrian Army in Zabadani

Hizbullah and the Syrian army had seized large swaths of the Darb al-Sham plain this weekend, near the besieged border town of Zabadani which is the Takfiri groups' main supply route south towards Barada.

The Syrian army had sealed off one of the main passageways of the town; further tightening their siege on militant fighters encamped there for the past two years.

Furthermore, Syrian army forces fired mortars and rockets from a hilltop overlooking the town and charged with tanks into militant areas namely the towns of al-Ajrf, Awfania, Doha, Jbatha al-Khashab and Tranjh in Quneitray outskirts.

The air force had also demolished militant positions in the vicinity of Abuzzuhoor Airport in the Idlib outskirts, as clashes took place between the Syrian army and "ISIL" terrorists in the vicinity of Mount Shaer and Jazal area in the province of eastern Homs.

Meanwhile, in Daraa, artillery and air forces had targeted militant sites in Daraa's neighborhoods in addition to the towns of an-Naimeh and Sidon as well as Zmaren, Taiha and Aaqraba.

In the meantime, the village of Fariha located in the South of al-Hasaka city, fell under the Kurdish units' control after clashes with "ISIL".

Clashes also took place between the Syrian army and "ISIL" Takfiris on the borders of the al-Hasaka's Gueiran neighborhood.

Moreover, the Kurdish units and "ISIL" militants engaged in the southern part of Sherkrak village to the east of Rakka's Ain Issa city where the terrorist organization had arrested its own General in charge of fuel in Deir al-Zur, identified as Abu Qusay, for his involvement in private oil trades whereby he was deposed and a Saudi citizen was instated.

Both, the Syrian artillery and air forces, had also targeted insurgent positions in Hawijah Skr area as well as in al-Muwazafin, Jubaila and al-Aardi in Deir al-Zur.

However, in the province of Aleppo, clashes between the Syrian army and "ISIL" insurgents had taken place on the outskirts of al-Khalidiya neighborhood and Jabhat al-Leiramon and the area around Mount Azzan in the southern countryside.

The Syrian air force had, likewise, bombarded militant sites in al-Kallasa and al-Sakhur neighborhood in Aleppo and the vicinity of Kweyres airport in addition to the towns of Hayan, Mayer, Bayanoun and Deir Hafer.

In a like manner, the Kurdish units engaged with "ISIL" terrorists in the vicinity of Qalhidah village to the South of Ain Arab city [Kubani].
