The Syrian Army units continued on Saturday its military operations against the terrorists' hideouts and gatherings in several provinces, eliminating huge numbers of terrorists and destroying their weaponry.

The Army units clashed with "ISIS" terrorists who were trying to attack many residential neighborhoods in Deir Ezzor city and its military airport, field sources said Saturday.

According to the source, the army imposed heavy losses upon the terrorists in personnel and equipment, destroying a number of vehicles and equipment and killing and injuring much of the Wahhabi terrorists, while the others escaped.

In a similar notion, the Syrian Army targeted "ISIS" militant sites in Allepo namely the villages of Akolah and al-Sawamea area, Rasem al-Abed, Deir Hafer and to the east of Balat in the eastern countryside of Aleppo province.

A military source told SANA Saturday that the army inflicted heavy losses upon the extremist organization in personnel and equipment in addition to destroying the terrorists' machinegun-equipped vehicles, killing all terrorists onboard.

The source added that another army unit destroyed "ISIS" terrorists' gatherings as well as mortar and rocket -launch pad in Balat villages and its surroundings.

Other army units destroyed the terrorist organizations' hideouts, killing terrorists inside, and destroying weapons and ammunition in the neighborhoods of al-Sheikh Said, al-Sheikh Lutfi, Salah Eddin and Bustan al-Bacha in the city of Aleppo.

Meanwhile, field sources said that an army unit destroyed al-Nusra Front and Ahrar al-Sham sites in the surroundings of al-Morouj private school to the north of Anadan town in the northern countryside of the province.

An army unit targeted terrorist organizations' hideouts at the surroundings of Tal Dadin in the southern countryside of the province, killing and injuring 11 terrorists.

Accordingly, the Takfiri terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media websites the killing of the so-called leader of Ahmad Assaf Battalion at Ahrar al-Sham movement Abdel-Muaen Ahmad Hag Hamdan, nicknamed Abu Abdullah al-Sharae and terrorists Abdul-Rahman Suleiman Awad and Mohammad Hussein al-Hardan.

The Syrian air force also destroyed "ISIS" sites and vehicles in Latamneh, Ma'arKaba, Aydoun and al-Tamana'a in Hama and Idleb countryside.
