MP Khreis: Majority aims to weaken Syria, Iran and the Arab world

MP Ali Khreis of the Development and Liberation bloc said that some factions, especially within the majority, are always blocking solutions, whether on the local or Arab level.
"It is as if it is required that Lebanon remain in a state of crisis," Khreis said.
He added that the majority is not trying to weaken Lebanon only, but also Syria, Iran and all the Arabs, "as this is part of the plot from the US and the Saniora government. Those siding with them are US tools."
Khreis said that the political crisis in Lebanon does not require additional Arab mediation, but a serious dialogue between the Lebanese.
He also expressed surprise that some parties are rejecting dialogue. "What is the alternative?" he asked.
