Nawwaf Moussawi: Exceptional efforts are being made to strike the opposition

Hizbullah International Relations officer Nawwaf Moussawi said there is a Lebanese faction which being use as a tool by the US and whose independence and will is being taken away.
"There is a war to cancel out the FPM, and this war is part of the [broader] war against the Resistance," Moussawi said after meeting with Cuban Ambassador in Lebanon Dario de Urra.
"The US and other sides are making efforts to strike out the opposition, especially its Christian pillar the FPM," he added.
Moussawi noted that the comparison between the efforts made against the FPM and the strength of the latter to resist reveals the sovereign character of this party and its strength.
