The "Israeli" entity said it has begun delivering its new mid-range surface-to-air missile "military" system to air bases to allegedly "protect" itself against possible "attacks" from Hizbullah.

Fearing Hizbullah Rockets, ’Israel’ Installs New Missile System

The Zionist War Ministry announced Tuesday the David's Sling system "will allow "Israel" to more effectively perform against the wide range of current and future threats." However, the delivery process will take a few weeks.

Developed by "Israel's" Rafael Advanced Systems and US-based Raytheon Co., it is designed to intercept rockets between 70 kilometers and 300 kilometers.

According to relative news, the Zionist entity expects David's Sling system to be particularly useful against the vast and increasingly precise arsenal of Syrian 302mm rockets and Iranian half-ton warhead-equipped Fatah 110 rockets that they fear are in the hands of Hizbullah.

It also designed anti-Scud B-class ballistic missiles, which can deliver one-ton warheads at ranges of some 300 kilometers.

Relatively, the occupation regime also deployed its Arrow system fearing longer-range threats from Iran.

The system is to be used in conjunction with the Iron Dome air system designed to intercept short-range rockets, as well as the US-made Patriot surface-to-air missile system capable of intercepting ballistic missiles.
