Sheikh Ammar places faith in Berri tour

Ali Sheikh Ammar of the Al-Jamaa Al-Islamiya political bureau expressed his hope that Speaker Nabih Berri's recent regional tour would "bear fruit" by supporting the position of the Lebanese, who all seek to overcome the internal political crisis and witness the election of a President of the Republic, the formation of a national-unity government and the adoption of a balanced, just electoral law.
Ammar underlined the importance of communication and cooperation among all Lebanese parties, "because national responsibility requires such dialogue and cooperation."
"The responsibility is great, and everybody bears (responsibility for) a certain portion of what is going on in Lebanon," Ammar added. "We must all live up to our national responsibility."
