Syrian Opposition Group Seeks Dialogue with ’Israeli’ Regime
Local Editor
In a letter addressed to "Israeli" settlers and published by the "Israeli" Maariv newspaper citing a third party, a Syrian opposition source called "all national forces for eradicating tyranny, after which we could decide what would the state look like."
Maariv further noted that the followers of the Syrian opposition group "Syria's Tomorrow" or the Ghad al-Suri by Ahmad al-Jarba, which was officially established in Cairo, last week, expressed major concern in delivering their letters to what they referred to as "the "Israeli" people".
The newspaper also noted that the movement's political office sought help from an "Arab-"Israeli"" lady living in London to translate their statement into Hebrew.
In addition, they expressed concern for an "Arab-"Israeli"" source in case it was possible to conduct a dialogue with the "Israeli" regime whether covertly or openly, in which the source recommended they "deliver the messages cautiously not to be exposed to the Syrian public opinion as well as Arabs who support them in the Arab world," the newspaper indicated.
