Imam Khamenei Receives Family of Leader Martyr Mustafa Badreddine

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution His Eminence Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei received the family of the Great Resistance Leader martyr Mustafa Badreddine martyred recently in Syria.

During the meeting on Wednesday, Imam Khamenei lauded Badreddine's bravery and courage.

The Leader wished patience for the family of martyred commander and said God exalt him to the highest place.

He referred to the martyrdom of the late former leader Imad Mughniyah and his son as well as other members of the family and praised them as the 'family of martyrs'.

Despite being a small country from a geographical perspective, thanks to the blood of its martyrs, Lebanon tends to exert an inspiring effect on the whole region, Imam Khamenei said.

He underlined that thanks to the efforts by the Resistance movement and the resistance elements, Lebanon has become a model country.

There are few lands fostering such pure faithful elements, Imam Khamenei said.

During the meeting, the Leader gave his ring to Ali Badreddine, son of the martyred top commander.
