Gebran Bassil: Beirut is not the capital of the Hariri family, it is the capital for all Lebanese

Gebran Bassil said in a comment to LBC: There is a scandal concerning the six-party committee over the electoral law that did not convene two days ago, and when it comes to the moment of truth, there has been an evasion in dealing with the issues, and the electoral law can only be implemented clearly and transparently.
Hariri has agreed on giving a small electoral constituency to the Christians in Beirut but is taking over other seats. Beirut is not the capital of the Hariri family, but is the capital for all Lebanese.
