Aoun: 2009 will be a crucial year

MP Michel Aoun, head of the Change and Reform Bloc, said he has no veto on anyone in the coming government.
"Yet, I reject that the coming government be established on the size of some people," Aoun told the Lebanese French-language daily l'Orient Le Jour.
"Talks over the distribution of ministerial portfolios are nothing but rumors. Details have not yet been discussed," he added.
Aoun said he is content today that Lebanon won through those defending its national unity.
"The success of the Doha Agreement is due to the close margin of interpretations," Aoun noted.
He also said that the year 2009 will be a crucial one. "I have done my utmost for Christians, and it is now their turn to meet expectations," Aoun said.
