Five 'Israeli' settlers were wounded when Palestinian resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday launched at least five rockets on a farming area across the border in occupied territories.
Earlier on Tuesday, an 'Israeli' soldier was wounded when occupation troops clashed with Palestinian fighters in the southern Gaza Strip, the army said.
Palestinian witnesses said several tanks and bulldozers rolled into southern Gaza east of the town of Khan Yunis and exchanged fire with resistance fighters. The armed wing of the Islamic resistance Hamas movement which has ruled Gaza for nearly a year said its fighters had fired on the troops and that the "Zionist enemy recognizes that one of its soldiers was wounded."
