MP Hobballah hopes Lebanon will not fall for the "trap" of US policy

MP Hassan Hobballah of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc said he hopes the Lebanese will not "fall for the tricks of the new American policy," and that they will not heed the US, "which today is trying to destroy Lebanon, as it has done in the past."
During his speech, delivered from Nabatiyeh, he called on PM Fouad Saniora to "form a government of national unity, which was agreed upon in Doha, and which includes Lebanese from the opposition and the pro-government parties."
He spoke of the continuing complications that have delayed the formation of the government, pointing out that the sovereign ministries should be distributed according to the representation of each sect.
After the government is formed, he noted, it will announce the ministerial statement, which will preserve civil peace, pushing forward the "wheel of the economy and development... to preserve the element of force in Lebanon, particularly the resistance and its weapons."
