MP Raad: Gaza events confirmed that the resistance weapon is strategic and more than necessary

Kfar-fila Almahdi schools in Arabsalim held a ceremony honoring its outstanding students at the "Master of Martyrs" compound in the presence of MPs Mohammad Raad, Pierro Sirhaal and educational, cultural and social personalities.
In his speech MP Raad said that "what is happening in Gaza today confirms that the deterrence weapon, owned by the resistance in Lebanon as a strategic weapon, is more than necessary, as long as there is aggression carried out by the â€کIsraelisâ€^TM. This need still remain and the existence of such a weapon will remain a dutyâ€‌.
He pointed out that “the pace of enthusiasm to disarm the resistance in this country has subsided and retreated after everyone felt the seriousness of the threats they are facing, clearly proving that no stability can foster in the shadow of a usurper "Israeli" entity within Palestineâ€‌.
He pointed out that “when the resistance talked about future "Israeli" threats, they thought such comments were exaggerations.â€‌
He added: “If the Palestinians in Gaza have a weapon of deterrence, such as that of the resistance, the enemy would not have dared to make threats of invasion, bombardment of the only power station in Gaza and official Palestinian government centers, or kidnap MPs and ministersâ€‌.
Raad said, “The issue is that this enemy, while exercising its aggressive nature, believes there is a weapons-free field in front of it, while Arab regimes are immersed in illusions and disgrace, in complicity among themselves for some humiliating settlement of the Palestinian issue at the expense of the rights of the Palestinian peopleâ€‌.
He continues saying: "In our experience in Lebanon, we have captured “Israeliâ€‌ soldiers in the past, and liberated a large number of prisoners and detainees through them; the “Israelisâ€‌ were unable to threaten Lebanon with invasion, because of the weapons of deterrence possessed by the resistanceâ€‌
During the ceremony, school students performed plays, and at the eveningâ€^TMs conclusion outstanding students received Certificates of Recognition.
