MP Fadlallah: Ruling bloc is responsible of the security incidents
Source: nowlebanon.com, 28-06-2008
MP Hassan Fadlallah of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc said that Hizbullah was seeking solutions to the present crisis while the ruling bloc was provoking against the party and escalating the security situation.
"We are acting as such because we are responsible and are concerned with the formation of the national-unity government, which constitutes the first step toward restoring political life and dealing with security, economic and social crisis," Fadlallah said.
He also noted that Hizbullah has accepted lots of compromises over finding a solution and is still insisting on the principle of participation.
Fadlallah also accused the 'majority' of seeking the obstruction of the Doha Agreement through escalating the security situation, and also of using weapons to achieve political gains.
"They are accusing Hizbullah over the incidents in North Lebanon," Fadlallah said while affirming that the party has no presence in this region.
