Safieddin: We have no problem with the government’s plan of action

The head of Hizbullah's Executive Council, Sayyed Hashem Safieddin, said that any ‘Israeli' withdrawal from Lebanese land is a victory for the Resistance.

The Resistance wants other parties to submit their vision of Lebanon's defense strategy after the opposition submits its proposal, Safieddin told Hizbullah-run television station Al-Manar.

"We have no problem with the government's plan of action. The facts will speak for themselves," he said, adding that those who failed to obstruct the Doha Agreement will not succeed in impeding the government's policies.

He also noted that Wednesday's Hizbullah prisoner swap with ‘Israel' will be an essential element of the government's plan of action.
