Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades: US’ Actions Insult Iraqi People, Price Won’t Be Less than Eradicating it from Iraq, Regio

Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades issued a statement slamming the assassination of IRGC's Quds Force Commander Major General Martyr Qassem Soleimani and commander of the Hashd al-Shaabi Hajj Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.

The statement included the following:

The US has proved once again that it doesn't deal with Iraq as an independent state, but as a military base from which it goes to insult the dignity of its people, take over its wealth and control it.

“What has happened after the Qaim and Baghdad Airport crimes stresses that the US has imposed a new occupation and a bloody coup against Iraq,” the statement read.

This puts the Iraqi political forces in front of a choice either to totally submit to the US will to play with the country, or to stand up with honor and demand its withdrawal even without the parliament's legislation, the statement added.

"There is no doubt that this crime will be the beginning of the end of US presence in Iraq and the region."

It is a promise, the statement concluded, that the price of this crime won't be less than eradicating their thrones from Iraq and the region.
