Aoun: Arabs Will Pay Price, Resistance Will Triumph!

The head of the Change and Reform parliamentary bloc MP Michel Aoun expressed confidence and trust on the Resistance and fighters in Gaza, noting that the Resistance approach would, no doubt, achieve victory against occupation and criminality.

Speaking to Al-Manar on Friday, Aoun assailed some Arab regimes over their stand regarding the Israeli deadliest offensive against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip which claimed the lives of 430 Palestinians and injured more than 2280 others in only seven days. The General stressed that the mentioned regimes will have to pay the price of their positions whatever were the outcomes of the ‘Israeli' aggression.

"This is not a mere military operation but a punitive operation launched by ‘Israelis' against Palestinians and this is unacceptable," Aoun said, adding that the "regimes that did not a strong and obvious position over the offensive will have to pay a price whether ‘Israel' wins or loses."

The FPM leader stressed that the cause was a humanitarian one, "a cause of beliefs and convictions in the rightfulness of the Palestinian cause." He said that ‘Israel' might be able to cause damages but it's unable to crush the Resistance. "Whenever there is Resistance, then it would achieve victory," he concluded.
