Palestinian resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip on Thursday fired a barrage of some 20 rockets at the southern occupied territories on the 20th consecutive day.
Two of the rockets exploded near Ofakim, causing no casualties. Another seven rockets hit the western Negev settlement group of Sderot, one exploding in the yard of a residence. There were no casualties in the incident, though the house was severely damaged.
Over the course of Wednesday, resistance fighters fired at least 16 rockets at southern occupied territories. All of them hit areas near Ashdod, Asqalan (Ashkelon), Bir Saba'a (Beersheba) and in the western Negev. Five "Israelis" in Ashdod were treated for shock, but no other casualties or damage were reported in the attacks.
About four "Israeli" settlers have been killed in Palestinian rocket attacks since the "Israeli" aggression on Gaza started on December 27 and many were injured.
