Berri: The moment we drop the gun ... resettlement will happen in Lebanon and everywhere

Speaker Nabih Berri said that Lebanese Intelligence had information on who was behind the rockets fired from southern Lebanon into "Israel" last week, but declined to give details.
During a meeting with a delegation of the Editors' Syndicate on Monday, Berri said Lebanon should be an active participant in any Arab effort on Palestine, as it had done in Qatar and Kuwait.
Berri told the delegation that "Israel" had not won, and that the Resistance was not defeated, before warning that "Israel" was determined to make security arrangements with the US and NATO forces not only on Gaza, but along the Lebanese border as well. The Resistance was therefore necessary, he added, as "the moment they drop the gun ... resettlement will happen in Lebanon and everywhere."
Berri said that Lebanon's parliamentary elections would take place as scheduled in June. "I do not think that any Lebanese party would say the opposite... Any success in the elections based on division is a failure."
