Hizbullah official Sheikh Mohammad Yazbek said Hizbullah could not give up its weapons as long as a strong and fair state, which could defend its people, has not been established.

During a commemoration in al-Hermel in the Bekaa, Yazbeck said the choice in the upcoming parliamentary elections would be between the Resistance and "the other faction that followed former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice."

Yazbeck said Hizbullah gave its sons for its country, defeated the Zionist enemy in May 2000 and in July 2006, and preserved the nation's dignity and honor.
