Fadlallah: Rival Parties practicing political blackmail, violating the Doha Agreement

Hizbullah MP Hassan Fadlallah accused rival political parties of "obstructing the agreement on the draft budget as part of a political campaign to prove the failure of the national unity government."

During a eulogy in the southern village of Qabrikha on Sunday, Fadlallah said "they are scaring the Lebanese citizens about an opposition victory in the forthcoming elections... and this proves that they are afraid of the outcome of these elections."

"There is an obstruction of the cabinet function and they are threatening to resign. This is political blackmail which violates the Doha Agreement," he said.
