The head of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, MP Mohammad Raad, said in a WAAD project celebration for handing over 11 completed buildings to their owners in the southern al-Dahyia suburbs: "this is not the first batch of completed buildings; many more are on the way, God willing. This jihad equals nothing but a quiver of the heart of an honest resistance fighter who made a promise to his truehearted people. He is now making good on his promise (...)

Raad continued: what has the government offered towards rebuilding these buildings?! Often do we hear a government figure talking about parties who make promises yet do not deliver! ... All the owners of these properties have not received their promised second compensation payment; some of them here in these buildings have not even received the rest of the first payment yet!

On another point, the infrastructure, whose reconditioning and restoration is the whole responsibility of the government, has been completely abandoned by it, without a single step taken towards facilitating the rebuilding of these buildings.

Anyone showing insensitivity to their people's needs cannot act as guardian over this country's interests.
This project expresses our faithful pledge, this now being a token step of our upholding that pledge to our loyal and faithful people. Our hopes are high that all buildings will be completed within a short period. To my knowledge, there are a little more than 170 above-ground buildings awaiting completion...

Raad talked about the moralism through which the resistance dealt with the people during the "Israeli" withdrawal of year 2000.

He pointed out that Terji Rod Larsen had been present shortly prior to that year 2000 withdrawal, presenting an offer to President Emile Lahoud made by the donator states, that they were prepared to give $5 billion in return for, not in return for, but hoping for providing "Israel" with a face-saving withdrawal!!

Hence, let no one claim to outbid us by saying they accomplished the Paris - 3 (low interest loans from a group of donor states.)
The resistance's behaviorism and conduct in June of 2000, is the one that provided those monies..."
