Hizbullah's South Lebanon Official Sheikh Nabil Qaouk met with the Secretary General of Islamic Sects Rapprochement Association, Sheikh Mohammad Ali Taskhiri, who headed a delegation including Sheikh Hassan Baghdadi, the president of Imam Al-Sadek Association for Research in Jabal (Mount) Amel Heritage.

Taskhiri said after the meeting "We have come to the land of the south and the martyrs, to congratulate our people for the victory achieved against the ‘Israeli' enemy," adding that "Our duty is to work on transferring the culture of resistance to all peoples of our nation throughout the Islamic world."

He said, "The hearts of a nation that have become saturated with the culture of resistance has to confront the major challenges facing this resistance, which target its culture and resolve, even its existence and cultural and humanitarian role."

He believed "transfering the Palestinian cause from being the concern of the nation as a whole to a factional issue is dwarfing for this huge cause and a great conspiracy against the nation and this issue."

The delegation also made an inspection visit over the scientific works for Mount Amel scholars in J'baah and other towns.
