Yaghi: Should we reach parliament, we will present a State building model without monopolization
Hizbullah Staff, 30-03-2009
The Hizbullah Official for Bekaa area, MP Mohammad Yaghi saw that "the parliamentary elections are an opportunity to reform and create change based on proficiency. Politically speaking, we have always been working with the resistance option as the soundest option capable of delivering the country to a true state of assurance and that there is an enemy gluttonous for our economic resources and waters, still fighting us for our land."
During a launch ceremony for a university residential project, in Mustafa Hall in Baalbek, Yaghi said "Yes, there are two lines domestically wrangling at political level, one carries the resistance project, the other objects to this approach and wants to govern the country alone."
Bekaa region Hizbullah Official concluded by saying "If we win parliament's majority, and if they (current ruling team) still want to go by majority-rules versus minority, then so be it, and we will of course present a model for building a state. We do not want monopoly in authority and wish the other team to join us in building a state of justice, not to place obstacles in the way. We are committed to our people that we will be the model in managing government and state."
