Franjieh: Aoun protected the Christians

Marada Movement leader Suleiman Franjieh said, "The opposition parties will achieve one victory after the other after June 8 and it will work so that Lebanon maintains its Lebanese identity."
During an annual dinner for the Marada Movement's Youth Office on Saturday, Franjieh said, "The Lebanese Forces was disbanded because of the crimes that a certain person committed.

The military arm of the LF committed crimes and ruined Christian society, and it did not defend it at any time. The Christians are walking on the right track now as they are confirming that they are the sons of this land and belong to the East."
He said that Free Patriotic Movement leader "General Michel Aoun is the first defense line for our project and political path. He brought protection to the Christians and this is what no one had done before him."
