Arslan: Unjust Egyptian campaign against Hizbullah hurts Lebanese-Egyptian relations

Youth and Sports Minister Talal Arslan on Tuesday praised the Resistance and called on Egyptian officials to reconsider their accusations that Hizbullah was plotting an attack in Egypt and its arrest of dozens of party members.
Arslan said Egypt should take into account "the Palestinian conflict that binds all Arab nations."
He added that the Egyptian government's "unjust campaign against Hizbullah and its secretary general, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah," was hurting "the Lebanese people and the relationship between the two countries."
Arslan also condemned Monday's deadly ambush on the Lebanese soldiers in the Bekaa, and offered his condolences to the families of those who were killed.
He called on the Lebanese, Bekaa citizens in particular, to unite in support of the Lebanese Armed Forces and "its mission in preserving the security and stability of the country."
