The "Israel" Air Force on Saturday bombarded three smuggling tunnels in the Gaza-Egypt border town of Rafah.

The "Israeli" occupation army confirmed it had launched several air strikes near the Gaza town of Rafah, along the Egyptian border, but had no further comment.

Palestinian medical sources said that the two raids have injured three Palestinians.

Meanwhile, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine claimed responsibility for the launching of three mortar shells in the morning after "Israeli" occupation army tanks fired shells at farmland that sits east of Jabalya.

Palestinians also said that occupation army bulldozers and jeeps entered the Gaza Strip, reaching the northeast outskirts of Beit Lahiya, according to "Israel" Radio.

Sources also said "Israeli" troops fired gunshots in the direction of Palestinian farmers in the south Gaza Strip, just east of Khan Younis lightly wounding one Palestinian farmer.
