Kouchner will meet all leaders and Hizbullah representatives

French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner arrived in Beirut on Thursday. Foreign Minister Fawzi Salloukh received him at the Beirut international airport.
Kouchner said that the formation of the cabinet is a domestic Lebanese issue, and that he would meet with all Lebanese leaders, including Hizbullah.
