Sultanov meets with Raad, Suleiman

Russian Special Envoy to the Middle East Alexander Sultanov met with Loyalty to the Resistance bloc leader MP Mohammad Raad on Thursday at Nejmeh Square, but refrained from issuing a statement following the meeting.
Sultanov then visited President Michel Suleiman at the Presidential Palace in Baabda, where the two men discussed bilateral relations, the Middle East peace process and Russia's role in supporting Lebanon.
Sultanov will head to Syria after his two-day visit to Lebanon.
