Moqdad: Calls for "speedy" not "hasty" government formation

Member of Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Ali Moqdad emphasized that that opposition and the resistance in particular, will not accept for Lebanon to be governed for the next four years in the same way it was in the past four.
During his speech at a celebration honoring the electoral machine in al-Labwa town, Moqdad called for a government to be formed based on a formula suitable for both opposition and 'March 14' majority, even if delayed for a further month or two.
He said: "But, what makes call for a speedy and not hasty formation of Government, is not the political but the economic, living and social situation."
In conclusion he thanked the members of the electoral machine and commended their activity during the election campaign, which proved that the opposition is the popular choice, as 55% of the Lebanese people gave it their votes.
